Regional Sales Manager - Corporate Headquarters

IPG is seeking a Home Sales Manager/Trainer to join our mobile home sales division. This is a newly created position due to the tremendous growth of the portfolio and because of the addition of several hundred Brand New Manufactured Homes. Unique in the industry, these brand new homes are in need of a different and next level type of branding and sales. Are you the one who can change the game? In addition to traveling, teaching and training, the Home Sales Manager will be involved in every level of the Home Sales & Development Department. From design and development input, to marketing and advertising expertise this is a dynamic position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take on different challenges every day, and help us achieve our goals.

Based out of the Irvine office the position includes a very competitive base salary in addition to a generous bonus program. Sales & Training:
• Teach and train sales staff, park and regional mangers on our complete home sales system.
• Deliver sales related Power Point presentations via Go-To-Meeting webinars.
• Plan and participate in park Open House events for home inventory.
• Complete Market Surveys and compile buyer alternative options in the marketplace.
• Assist with initial home pricing and recommend pricing adjustments as needed.
• Negotiate deals and assist the Home Sales Director in selling off the inventory.
• Walk park owned inventory with managers and use punch lists for staff to enhance the homes.
• Work with in-house lenders, title & escrow, & home planning in the department.
• Assist the Home Sales Director in all aspects of the Home Sales & Development Department.
Additional Responsibilities & Oversight:
• Reconcile home costs and recommend price on offers while homes are in progress.
• Review & Enhance advertising and social media for portfolio inventory with Marketing Manager.
• Oversee and verify information input into sales tracking software system.
• Approve work, advertising, and check requests for Home Sales & Development Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 plus years sales experience with a proven track record and documented success.
• 2 plus years professional Sales Training experience or equivalent documented expertise.
• Travel required up to 50% of the time.
• Must be organized, with ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage multiple projects.
• Requires great communication & motivational skills, with patience & professionalism.
• Must have the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Bachelor degree preferred
