This month we shine the spotlight on Naomi Decker. We are happy to announce that she has been promoted to Leasing Manager. We are extremely grateful to have her a part of the IPG family!

 

 
"I came to IPG in September of 2019 after leaving my previous job of 7 years with a small private investor who owned apartment communities, executive office complexes and commercial/industrial buildings. I wore many hats at my former company, from Receptionist to Property Manager to Executive Assistant to whatever I needed to be that day. 
 
When I interviewed with David Cornell and Dan Ogden at IPG, I instantly felt a connection. I was hired as the Assistant to COO and DOO and quickly fit right in. The comradery and atmosphere in the office was warm and welcoming, yet exciting and fast paced. No day ever the same and I jumped right in to the organized chaos of Operations. Fast forward 9 months, an opportunity to move departments presented itself. It was going to be a tough decision to leave my Ops team, but I knew they wouldn’t be far. I took on the position of Leasing Coordinator and got to learn and expand in a new role with the Leasing department.
 
Very recently, I accepted another promotion to Leasing Manager, which will allow me to put my management skills to the test. I am happy and fortunate to be given the continuous opportunities at growth with IPG. Not only have I been given the chance to expand on my own skills, but also learn from great leadership and build healthy relationships with my coworkers. I look forward to the future with IPG."
